The Personal Manager will be assigned to your account as long as you remain with us. There is no additional charge for this dedicated resource.

Our system, however, is very simple to use with a friendly GUI that adheres to industry standards. Meaning our system integration will have minimal impact on how things are done at your business.

You can use our system to order product, check order statuses, make changes and track shipments from anywhere. You even have the option to have daily reports generated and delivered for a multitude of datasets. Things like inventory levels, damaged/expired products, returns, and missing information that is impeding order fulfillment can all be tracked in simple report form so you can see the bigger picture and act to fix any underlying problem.

Under no circumstances do we advertise our company to your business customers. Our name will not appear on any packaging or paperwork. We are happy to work behind the scene, so your customers don’t have to know who you hired for order fulfillment.

You can settle for complementary generic packing material if you wish to keep the cost low or you can use custom packing materials with your company logo to boost your branding. You can also include brochures and flyers with all packages to boost future sales and establish your brand. You have plenty of options to promote your company through the order fulfillment process.


To take our Distributed Warehouse Network concept one step further, we have an additional option available to our customers that is known as the Shared Inventory Stock model.

We invite all our customers to participate in the SIS program, but enrollment is competitive and somewhat selective, so we can control the quality of shared inventory. SIS gives you the unique opportunity to process orders at blazing fast speeds, often making order fulfillment a process that takes a few hours rather than days.

By using the Distributed Warehouse Network, when you need an item shipped to your customer, we will ship an identical product to your customer from the closest warehouse we have near your customer. We will adjust your inventory to reflect an item was taken out of your inventory and credit the inventory where the item was originally taken out of. This enables us to fulfill orders on the same day, often within a few hours.

Our warehouse specialists inspect and verify all items that are shipped through this program and to continue participating in this program, all businesses have to adhere to our stringent quality control process. This means we can guarantee that only undamaged, brand-new products are being used to fulfill orders.
