ACCEPT DELIVERY, INSPECT, STORE
Our warehouse specialists will accept delivery of products on your behalf and inspect them for any damages. They will also ensure the accuracy of the product received. The inventory item is then stored within the facility, adhering to special handling or storage instructions. You will be able to access your inventory stats and sales history through your online account in real time. Our inventory management system will notify you if it detects inventory running low on stock or approaching a product expiration date.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND ORDER PREPARATION
In addition to inventory-related reports, you can access order-related reports. When we receive an order, it is immediately transferred to our fulfillment wing. In the fulfillment area, items will be picked, packed and prepared for shipment to the customer. You will be able to monitor every step of the process and see how we are doing and get a bird’s eye view of the entire operation. You can also notify your customers of the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have on order and delivery status if its need. You’ll always have the most up to date information at your fingertips.
No matter what you sell, we have a carrier and shipping method that is right for you. You are in full control of prioritizing speed or cost, so you can choose the best option that fits you. We can help you ship both domestically or internationally with equal ease and great savings. We typically process orders the same day as long as the order is received on a business day by 2:00 pm. Other weekday orders are processed within 24 hours and orders that arrive after 2 pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
VERSATILE FULFILLMENT SOFTWARE
Our order fulfillment software is flexible and versatile. Our system can be integrated with all major online stores and shopping carts. If you’re using in-house and/or custom software, our integration team will work with you to make sure our systems are aligned so they can work as a cohesive unit. Our fulfillment software can also be setup with multiple streams of orders to consolidate all orders in one place for easier fulfillment.
Honair will handle and process customer returns on your behalf. We process returns as quickly as possible and notify you of the status and provide you with real-time reports on why an order/product was returned. If a return requires action on your part, we will notify you and wait for your instructions. If a certain defective product requires us to work with the vendor, we will take care of that too. We will update appropriate inventory to accurately reflect return, refund, vendor replacement and/or credit information so your accounting is in order.
